Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') govern your access to and use of the platform, a residential proxy network, together with the websites, dashboards, applications, and programming interfaces through which it is offered (collectively, the 'Service'). In these Terms, 'the platform', 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to the operator of the Service, and 'you' and 'your' refer to the person or entity using it.

By creating an account, generating an Access Token, adding a balance, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms incorporate by reference the Acceptable Use Policy and any other policies we publish for the Service. Together they form the agreement between you and the platform regarding your use of the Service.

The platform provides access to a residential proxy network of more than 16 million residential IP addresses across 195 countries. The Service supports the SOCKS5, SOCKS4, and HTTP/HTTPS CONNECT protocols, as well as UDP, so that you can route eligible network traffic through the proxies you provision.

The Service is designed to be privacy-first. We do not log the content of the proxy traffic you route through the network, and connections are protected with strong, modern encryption, including X25519 key exchange, ChaCha20-Poly1305, and TLS.

We may add, modify, or remove features, locations, protocols, or capacity from time to time as we maintain and improve the Service. We try to avoid disruption, but the specific characteristics of the network are not guaranteed and may change.

The residential IP addresses available through the Service are sourced from Earnify, an upstream bandwidth-sharing network that is currently in beta. Earnify's participants consent to share their connection in exchange for compensation, and that shared capacity is what makes the residential network possible.

Because the network depends on Earnify, your use of it is also subject to Earnify's applicable terms, including its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, available at earnify.su/legal. As Earnify is in beta, the network's coverage, capacity, and behavior may change.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that age is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located and in any place affected by your activity. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts are anonymous. When you create an account, the Service instantly generates a randomly generated numeric Access Token. We do not ask for an email address, password, name, or any identity documents, and there is no know-your-customer (KYC) process. The Access Token is your identity on the Service and your only credential.

Because the Access Token is the sole means of accessing your account, you are solely responsible for keeping it secret and secure. Anyone who holds your Access Token can use your account and balance. You may enable optional time-based one-time password (TOTP) two-factor authentication for added protection.

We cannot recover a lost Access Token. If you lose it, you will permanently lose access to the account and to any remaining balance associated with it. We strongly recommend that you store your Access Token safely and keep a backup.

• Your Access Token is generated automatically and is the only credential for your account.
• We collect no email, password, name, or KYC information, so we cannot verify ownership or reset access for you.
• A lost Access Token cannot be recovered, and the balance associated with it is lost along with it.
• Optional TOTP two-factor authentication is available and recommended.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy describes the activities that are not permitted on the network and what may happen if those rules are broken.

In short, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to use it to harm others, to break the law, or to violate the rights of any person or entity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and Access Token. Please read the Acceptable Use Policy in full before using the Service.

The Service is funded by a prepaid balance that you add to your account. At present, payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only, processed through a third-party crypto payment processor. When you make a payment, you also agree to that processor's applicable terms, and we are not responsible for the processor's services.

Pricing is primarily pay-per-gigabyte, starting from the published rate per GB, with volume discounts available at higher usage levels. Gigabyte purchases are subject to a minimum of 1 GB and a maximum of 10,000 GB per transaction. We also offer unlimited plans based on speed and time. Prices and plan details may change, and any change applies to future purchases and renewals rather than to balance you have already added.

We may also run limited-time promotional offers, on gigabytes or on unlimited plans, at prices below our standard rates. A promotional price applies only to purchases completed within the period stated on the offer, and it may set aside the standard rate and any volume discount for those purchases. Promotional pricing is never applied retroactively to earlier purchases, cannot be reserved, extended, or exchanged for credit, and ends automatically when the stated period expires. Gigabytes bought under a promotion are added to your ordinary gigabyte balance and do not expire; unlimited plans bought under a promotion run for the term stated at purchase and then end, and the promotional price covers that term only. A promotional offer may be limited to particular customers, sites, or plans, and does not change the prices offered on whitelabel or reseller services, which their operators set independently.

Your account balance never expires. Cryptocurrency payments are generally final once confirmed on the relevant network, and we do not guarantee refunds except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any network or processor fees associated with your payments.

We may add card payments in the future. Unlike cryptocurrency, card payments are not anonymous: they are tied to the cardholder through the bank, card network, and payment processor involved. If card payments become available and you choose to use them, you accept that this information will be associated with that transaction.

The platform offers a whitelabel and reseller program that lets you operate your own branded proxy service on your own domain and set your own prices for your customers. If you take part, you are responsible for your own branding, customer relationships, pricing, billing, and for the lawful conduct of your service and your customers, and you agree to comply with any program rules we publish.

The platform also offers an affiliate program through which you can earn a referral commission for users you bring to the Service. Commissions are subject to the program rules in effect at the time, and we may withhold or reverse commissions that arise from fraud, abuse, self-referral, or other violations of these Terms.

We may change, suspend, or end any of these programs, or a participant's place in them, at our discretion. Participating in a program does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture between you and the platform.

The Service may offer optional promotional games (the 'Games'), such as coin flip, dice, mines, slots, chicken cross, crash, wheel, blackjack, roulette, and similar games of chance. The Games are an entertainment feature and are wagered exclusively in gigabytes (GB) of proxy data — never in money and never directly from your cash balance.

GB is a usage allowance for routing traffic through the network. It has no monetary value, is not a currency, and cannot be exchanged for cash. GB that you hold or win through the Games cannot be converted back into your account balance, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for money — it can only be used to access the proxy network.

Because the Games are played with a non-monetary usage allowance and pay out only in more usage allowance, with no cash prize and no cash-out, they are not gambling for money. You must still be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use them. Game outcomes are determined by the Service. In time-based Games, the result of a cash-out is determined by the Service's clock when your request is processed. A round that is waiting on your decision stays open until you finish it; if you delete your account, stakes in unfinished rounds are forfeited. We may change, limit, or discontinue the Games at any time.

Stakes and winnings are capped. A single wager is between 1 GB and 100 GB, and no single wager can win more than 2,500 GB, whatever the Game or the settings chosen. Where the maximum win of a Game is known before you stake, a wager that could exceed the cap is refused and the largest wager that would be accepted is shown. Where a Game's multiplier is built up step by step, the multiplier stops at the cap and the round is paid out automatically at that point.

Winnings do not count toward volume rewards. Where we offer a reward for reaching a cumulative amount of GB, only GB you have paid for counts toward it. GB won in the Games, GB granted as a reward or bonus, and GB earned under the affiliate or referral programs are excluded, and playing the Games neither raises nor lowers the amount counted.

Using bots, scripts, exploits, multiple accounts, or any other manipulation to gain an unfair advantage in the Games is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of wagered or won GB and suspension of your account.

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee any particular level of uptime, speed, capacity, or availability. Proxy networks depend on conditions outside our control, including the availability of individual residential IP addresses and upstream networks, and performance can vary.

We may perform maintenance, updates, and changes to the Service, and we may limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, with or without notice. We make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but we are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or changes to the Service.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for how you use it and for the results you obtain. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any particular IP address, location, or protocol will be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for a lost or compromised Access Token or balance, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to the platform for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform and its operators, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or activity conducted through your account or Access Token.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or to a program, at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that your activity poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties, or that suspension or termination is necessary to comply with the law or a lawful request.

Where practical and appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to address an issue, but we may act immediately when we consider it necessary. You may stop using the Service at any time.

If your account is terminated for a serious violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, you may forfeit any remaining balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown on this page, and significant changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted, unless we state otherwise.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where a specific forum is required, the competent courts of the Russian Federation will have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
