Acceptable Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This document is provided in English for legal accuracy.
01 Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the 'AUP') sets out the rules for using the platform, a residential proxy network that provides access to 16M+ residential IP addresses across 195 countries over the SOCKS5, SOCKS4, HTTP/HTTPS CONNECT, and UDP protocols. It applies to everyone who uses the service, including direct users, affiliates, resellers, and the end customers of any whitelabel or reseller service built on the platform.
By creating an access token, making a payment, or sending any traffic through the platform, you agree to follow this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This AUP works alongside any other terms that apply to the platform; where a separate agreement is silent, this AUP governs acceptable use.
The platform is privacy-first by design. We do not log the content of your proxy traffic, and connections are protected with strong encryption (X25519 key exchange, ChaCha20-Poly1305, and TLS). Because we deliberately hold very little information about how the service is used, enforcing this AUP depends heavily on your own responsibility and on reports from the people and networks affected by misuse.
02 Your Responsibility
Accounts on the platform are anonymous. There is no email, password, or identity check (KYC) — access is controlled by a random access token, with optional TOTP two-factor authentication. Because the token is the only key to your account, you are fully responsible for every action taken through it. Keep it secret, and treat any traffic sent with your token as your own.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for making sure that everything you do through the service is legal where you are, legal where your traffic is going, and permitted by the systems and services you connect to.
You must have proper authorization for every system, network, account, or service you reach through the platform. If you do not own a target system and do not have clear permission from its owner to access it the way you intend, do not point the platform at it.
If you lose control of your token, or believe it is being used without your permission, stop using it and contact support so it can be disabled. You remain responsible for activity under your token until it is disabled.
03 Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly forbidden. This list describes the kinds of abuse we will not tolerate, but it is not exhaustive — anything illegal or harmful is prohibited even if it is not spelled out below. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, assume it is not, and ask first. Engaging in any of the conduct below is grounds for immediate termination.
- Any activity that is illegal under the laws that apply to you, to the destination of your traffic, or to the platform.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any exploitation, sexualization, or endangerment of minors. We have zero tolerance for this, with no exceptions, ever.
- Unauthorized access to, hacking of, or intrusion into any system, network, account, or device without the explicit permission of its owner.
- Creating, hosting, or distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, spyware, or any other malicious or destructive code.
- Phishing, fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, identity theft, or impersonation intended to trick or deceive others.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or mass automated messaging across email, messaging platforms, or any other channel.
- Denial-of-service attacks (DoS or DDoS), traffic flooding, or any activity designed to disrupt, degrade, or overwhelm networks, servers, or services.
- Attacks on, or unauthorized targeting of, critical infrastructure, financial systems, payment networks, healthcare systems, or government systems.
- Infringing intellectual property rights, or distributing pirated software, media, or other copyrighted content without authorization.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, or any conduct intended to abuse or endanger another person.
- Circumventing, defeating, or bypassing security controls, authentication, paywalls, or access restrictions that you are not authorized to bypass.
- Violating the terms of service, acceptable-use rules, or rate-limit and automated-access policies of any website or service you connect to through the platform.
04 Compliance with Target Services & Laws
You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the platform. This includes the laws of your own jurisdiction, the laws of the place your traffic is directed to, and any export, sanctions, or data-protection rules that apply to you. Using a proxy does not change what is legal.
You must also respect the rules of the destinations you reach. Read and follow the terms of service, acceptable-use policies, and technical limits (such as rate limits and automated-access rules) of every website, API, or service you connect to. If a site forbids the way you intend to use it, do not use the platform to do it anyway.
Routing traffic through a residential IP in another country does not grant you permission you would not otherwise have. You are responsible for understanding and meeting the legal and contractual obligations that apply at both ends of every connection.
The Service's residential network is provided by an upstream partner, Earnify. Your use must also comply with Earnify's Acceptable Use Policy, available at earnify.su/legal/acceptable-use, in addition to this AUP.
05 Reseller & Whitelabel Responsibility
The platform offers whitelabel and reseller programs that let you run your own branded proxy service on top of our network. If you operate one of these programs, you take on responsibility for the customers you bring onto the platform.
You must publish and enforce an acceptable use policy for your own customers that is at least as strict as this AUP, and you must require your customers to agree to it before they use the service. You are responsible for the activity of your subusers and customers as if it were your own.
You must act on abuse involving your customers — investigate reports, suspend or remove offenders, and cooperate with the platform when we raise a problem. Failing to police your own customer base, or knowingly reselling to bad actors, will be treated as a violation of this AUP by you and may result in termination of your reseller or whitelabel access.
06 Reporting Abuse
If you believe the platform is being used to abuse, attack, or harm you, your systems, or others, please report it so we can act. Helpful reports include what happened, the IP address or addresses involved, timestamps with the time zone, and any logs or evidence you can share. Because we do not log proxy traffic content, the detail you provide is essential to identifying and stopping abuse.
Report abuse to our support and abuse team via the support tickets page in your dashboard. We review reports and take action against accounts that violate this AUP, up to and including termination.
07 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, immediately and without notice, and without a refund. We may also disable a specific token, block traffic, or revoke reseller and whitelabel access where appropriate. Serious violations — and anything involving the exploitation of minors — will result in permanent termination.
We may act on credible reports, on our own observations, or as required by law, and we are not obligated to provide a reason. Because the service is privacy-first, our enforcement options are necessarily limited to the data we actually hold; we cannot produce information we never collected.
We will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities to the extent required by applicable law, and only to the extent of the limited data the platform actually possesses. Nothing in this AUP requires us to create, retain, or hand over data we do not have. This AUP is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
